As our Associate Analyst (Continuous Improvement ), you'll play a key role in driving a culture of operational excellence by executing Kaizens, supporting process improvements, and ensuring alignment with SQDC targets. Your work will directly contribute to improving productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance across DSL Pimpri.
Your impact
You will enable a more efficient and high-performing plant by identifying improvement opportunities, reducing process inefficiencies, and ensuring strong adherence to SQDC metrics. Your efforts will help teams operate more smoothly, reduce waste, enhance product quality, and ultimately deliver a better experience for both internal and external customers.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, and take ownership of key activities including Kaizen execution, root-cause analysis, monitoring process KPIs, and driving continuous improvement projects. Your contribution will help us move toward a more efficient, lean, and sustainable future.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing CI tools such as CT validation, DILO, spaghetti diagrams, layout changes, and line balancing to enhance productivity across plant operations.
Support plant teams and stakeholders by tracking indirect cost-out projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding operators on Standard Work, SOPs, Kaizen, 5S, and performing regular SQDC follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a pipeline of improvement opportunities, calculate potential gains across product lines, execute improvement projects, and maintain TIP updates and dashboards.
Use your analytical and CI skills to create process templates, Excel-based dashboards, update monthly KPIs on Factory Performance Boards, and finalize technical scopes for CI-related purchases such as branding, standardization, and recognitions.
Continuously learn and share best practices to strengthen the continuous improvement culture by coaching teams on project work breakdown structures and supporting CI activities across various product lines.
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, along with a strong ability to execute improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Good understanding of hydraulic products and manufacturing processes, with proficiency in using CI tools and analytical methods for productivity and process improvement.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, independently manage improvement projects, and collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and CI teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills to support project execution, track SQDC metrics, and ensure clear updates to stakeholders.
A continuous improvement mindset, with strengths in problem-solving, Kaizen, 5S culture building, indirect cost-out tracking, and driving safety metrics such as PH, LTI, MTI reduction.
