Job Description
*Handle recruitment, onboarding, and development of insurance advisors/agents.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with the advisor network.
*Support advisors with product knowledge, training, and business planning.
*Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the agency network.
*Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance and support.
*Ensure achievement of assigned business and activity targets.
*Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
Preferred Profile:
- Graduation mandatory.
- Experience in Life Insurance – Agency Channel preferred.
- Candidates with relevant BFSI/financial services experience can also apply.
- Good communication, relationship management, and team-handling skills.
