Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports over financial statements and reporting on –
  • Adjusted EBITDA (Management Adjusted and Diligence Adjusted)
  • Defined vs Adjusted EBITDA
  • Revenue Summary Reports –
  • By channel
  • By product
  • By Month
  • Margin Summary Reports –
  • By channel
  • By product
  • By Month
  • Proof of Cash Reports , Vendor Concentration Reports
  • Search for Unrecorded Liabilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Take responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual tax and accounting tasks for clients.
  • Translate/Interpret/Analyze financial reports including revenue reports, investment proposals, regulatory filings, and financial statements, ensuring accurate, objective based findings
  • Plan, direct, and complete projects and tasks by agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and lead change effectively.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting advisory services.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
