• Ph.D. in Psychology or a relevant/allied discipline

• Master's degree in Psychology or relevant/allied discipline

• 10–15 years of relevant academic experience in teaching and/or research, with experience appropriate to the Associate Professor / Professor level

• Qualifications and experience as per prevailing UGC regulations and University norms

• Strong academic and research profile with quality publications

• Experience in academic administration, faculty mentoring, curriculum development and research guidance will be preferred
