Job Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Data Quality & Master Data Management is a strategic and technical leader responsible for establishing and evolving our Commercial Organization's data quality and master data management (MDM) capabilities. This role will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our critical data assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data quality and MDM strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Work with our existing MDM Team to establish and maintain a roadmap for MDM implementation, outlining key milestones and resource requirements.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures for maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data integration processes as it relates to Commercial data assets.
• Define and implement data quality rules, cleansing procedures, and monitoring processes.
• Oversee the resolution of data quality issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business system owners, and data operations, to ensure alignment on data management practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in master data management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing MDM programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data stewardship principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing a team of data analysts.
• Experience overseeing all quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards & regulations, and developing programs for quality improvement
• A strong foundation in quality assurance principles and methodologies. This includes expertise in various test management tools, and automation.
