Job Brief:

As a Team Leader within the Assisted Business team at Lenskart, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of

fashion consultants to provide personalized eyewear and fashion solutions to customers through telephonic

and chat platforms. We are looking for an experienced leader to head our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance,

implementing sales strategies, handling escalated customer complaints and contributing to achieving sales

targets.

Your leadership skills, sales acumen, and customer-centric approach will be crucial to the success of the Assisted

Business team. A top-notch manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the tele-sales/chat sales team,

ultimately boosting company sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Above 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Team handling experience of at least 1 year with a team size of above 15 employees
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using telephonic and chat platforms like dialers and software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
• Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
