Assistant Video Editor (Hybrid/Full-Time)
Location: Mumbai (Remote initially, transitioning to In-Office)
About the Role:
I am looking for a dedicated Assistant Video Editor to work directly with me on high-end post-production projects (Podcasts, Commercials, Social Content). This is not just a cutting role; you will be involved in the entire post-production workflow, from assembly to final polish.
What You Will Do:
Assembly & Sync: Organize footage, sync multi-cam audio/video, and create rough cuts.
Creative Editing: Assist in narrative storytelling, pacing, and B-roll selection.
Motion Graphics: Create and implement text overlays, lower thirds, and basic animations in After Effects.
Asset Management: Manage project files, proxies, and deliverables.
Requirements:
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects is non-negotiable.
Hardware: Must have your own editing system (Laptop/PC) capable of handling 4K workflows.
Location: Must be based in Mumbai. (Role starts Remote, will move to In-Office in Andheri/Mira Road area).
Mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Compensation:
