Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth within the region.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including property management companies, real estate developers, and commercial property owners.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing contracts.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and support.

3. Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the city.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance the Anacity platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and property management industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
