This is an opportunity to help shape the design DNA of our product organization and define how we translate complex operations into intuitive, intelligent experiences that reflect the best of Genpact and leading software product companies.

As Head of Design, you will lead the design function for our Agentic AI initiative. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, delightful, and intelligent user experiences that connect our deep operational expertise with the power of AI. You will set the design direction for our core design team and leverage our in-house design consultancy to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts from across our business to bring these experiences to life

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the team.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field MBA preferred.

  • Relevant years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance.

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives
