Job Purpose
To own the Treasures customer & lead value propositions, customer communications & alternate acquisition initiatives
Key Accountabilities
- Own the customer value proposition & make suitable changes to be the best in the segment
- Own customer communications, CLCM, downgrades & upgrades to segment
- Create an effective framework for value proposition utilisation by the customer
- Onboarding of right partners for fulfilment
- Drive acquisition through initiatives like events, Business introducer and any other initiatives
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Revamp /Enhance customer value proposition & manage e2e fulfilment
- Onboarding and managing all partners for customer value proposition
- Managing customer communication
- Managing customer life cycle, including upgrade, downgrades
- Taking initiatives to increase relationship value held by customers, leading to movement from Non Qualified Treasures to Qualified Treasures account
- Work on events as a strategy to acquire qualified treasures account
- Work on other initiatives like referral, business introducer and other channels to acquire more new to bank treasures customers
- Work on creating exclusivity for customers though events and other activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in wealth banking space
- MBA, preferably from tier 1 /2 college
- Experience in growth marketing role shall be a plus
