Are you a transformation leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution We are inviting applications for the role of AVP Transitions, a pivotal position responsible for driving large-scale transformation and transition programs for global clients.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead client-focused transformation journeys from design to delivery, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth and manage financial impact (AOI) during transition and transformation programs.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships, driving trust and alignment with client strategic agendas.
- Champion digital adoption and intelligent operations across transition programs.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and leadership.
- Manage multi-functional projects, ensuring governance, risk control, and benefit realization.
What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate qualification with strong project management experience.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end transitions, transformation, and change management.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership of $34MM across multiple programs.
- Experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and building digital-led transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, digital trends, and operational excellence.
