Role Purpose
Automation, AI and Security Assurance senior testing lead will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide automation, AI-driven testing, accessibility governance, and security assurance across enterprise platforms. Incumbent will act as a strategic leader,who would build governance around security testing,identify and implement opportunities for integrating automation and assurance practices into DevOps pipelines.
Role Accountability
- Automation & Testing Strategy :
- Drive enterprise-wide automation strategy across mobile apps, websites, middleware, mainframe, and web applications.
- Implement AI-driven testing frameworks (predictive analytics, intelligent defect detection, chatbot validation).
- Lead stress, load, and endurance testing to ensure scalability under peak demand.
- Integrate accessibility and testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define enterprise-wide automation roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Standardize automation frameworks across diverse platforms (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure automation ROI and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of reusable automation assets and libraries to reduce duplication.
- Ensure governance and compliance in automation initiatives across departments.
- DevOps & Continuous Delivery
- Lead DevOps integration for continuous delivery and faster release cycles.
- Align automation, AI, security, and performance initiatives with digital transformation goals.
- Enable continuous testing across microservices, APIs, and containerized environments.
- Accessibility & Compliance
- Leverage AI for automated accessibility validation across digital platforms.
- Use NLP and computer vision to detect accessibility gaps proactively.
- Drive inclusive design testing strategies with AI-based simulations.
- Security & Assurance
- Guarantee secure and high-performing applications across all platforms.
- Oversee enterprise security assurance vulnerability scanning (Fortify) and API security validation.
- Implement AI-based threat modeling and automated vulnerability detection.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Provide strategic leadership across automation, AI, security, and performance domains.
- Mentor teams on emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with vendors to evaluate cutting-edge automation technologies.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress,RestAssured, SOAP UI, POSTMAN).
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools (ML-based defect detection, predictive analytics).
- Experience with accessibility testing tools (AXE, JAWS, NVDA).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Security testing tools (Fortify, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).
- Performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace).
- Good to have Certifications: CISSP/CISM, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Certified DevOps Engineer, CPACC/IAAP Accessibility Specialist.

Qualification
