About the Role
We are looking for Assistant Vice President Sales TPRM to drive new business for our Third-Party Security Assessment (TPSA) practice. You will be responsible for selling security audit services and our TPRM platform to enterprise clients, primarily in the BFSI and regulated sectors. This is a hunter role. You will own the pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
What You Will Sell
• Vendor Risk Assessment: End-to-end TPRM engagements covering risk profiling, due diligence, InfoSec audits (ISO 27001), remediation tracking, and continuous monitoring.
• Security Audits: Remote and on-site annual review reports, discrete security assessments, mystery audits, and compliance audits for third-party vendors.
• Cybersecurity Assessments: VAPT, network and application security reviews, server audits, PCI DSS, and DPDP Act compliance assessments.
• TPRM Platform (EMP-TPRM): Our proprietary SaaS platform for vendor inventory, risk tiering, assessment workflows, dashboards, and observation tracking.
• Platform Subscription (OneVision): Annual subscription for vendor lifecycle management, KYC, due diligence, and continuous monitoring dashboard.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for TPSA services and TPRM platform subscriptions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present security assessment solutions to senior stakeholders (CISO, CRO, Compliance Head).
• Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to proposal submission to purchase order closure.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals and respond to RFPs in coordination with the delivery team.
• Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to expand wallet share.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets as per the annual plan.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and share weekly forecasts in sales review meetings.
Education
• MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience
• 5-10 years in B2B enterprise sales
• Experience selling IT services, cybersecurity, or compliance solutions
• Prior exposure to BFSI or regulated industry clients
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of TPRM and vendor risk management
• Familiarity with RBI, IRDAI, SEBI compliance requirements
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001, DPDP Act, and InfoSec concepts
• Awareness of SaaS and platform subscription sales models
