In this role, you will be accountable for all the strategic and execution activities related to Quality assurance in US Wealth and Retirement processes.

Responsibilities
.Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the US Wealth and retirement domain.
.Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
.Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights.
.Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective QA processes are in place.
.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA for the Us Wealth and Retirement domain.
.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.
.Evaluation of controls for efficacy and adding new controls to minimize financial errors
.Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress.
.Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
.Reviewing & publishing management dashboard, team performance reports, process improvements tracker and project status run across business group
.Conduct periodical reviews with Leadership team as well as Line Managers on Business & client Performance (team scorecard, SLA/Metrics and overall business/client health)


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Relevant years of experience in US Wealth and Retirement processes
.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes
.Proven experience of leading QA teams
.Proficiency in leveraging QA tools and technologies
.Strong understanding of Domain, regulations, and industry standards
.Excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
.Team leading and client management skills
.Executive-level discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors
.Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations
.Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
