Role Purpose
Mobile App Project management role is responsible to manage the SBICard Mobile App projects for SBI Cards retail & corporate customers. Manage Mobile App Projects and releases for customers including various form factors, devices and OS for Android and iOS.
Bring Innovative and new cutting edge technologies of Mobile App to solve business problems
Add value in defining a strategy and roadmap to upgrade Mobile App technology stack time to time as per industry trends. Provide technology solutions for Mobile applications and prepare application strategy for meeting the business growth and changes.
Role Accountability
- Defines, documents and carries out Mob App projects/programs in a timely manner with expected quality
- Create project plans, works with internal/external stakeholders by applying appropriate project management methods and plan driven plan driven iterative/agile tools and approaches
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks of the project/program and do timely escalations for the mitigation and closure
- Keep track of mode1/mode-2/strategic/infra projects activities against the project schedule by managing stakeholder at different stages of software development lifecycle
- Build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle in card servicing/payments/sales/products in BFSI domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
- Acts as an strong interface and works closely with the vendors, external consultants, application/product support teams, technical support team
- Monitor costs, timelines and resources used and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
- Responsible to drive IT-function monthly meeting with business leader and all relevant stakeholders to prioritize projects and provide status of ongoing projects for business function
- Ensures that own projects/programs are formally closed and lessons learned are recorded
- Responsible for digital transformation of the product
- Works with stakeholders to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration and in defining acceptance tests
- Manage strong teams through collaboration with shared responsibility and encourages innovation at all levels
- Effectively communicates with direct managers and senior management by synthesizing relevant information on risks, success and key milestones

- Should be able to take strategic initiatives and influence the key stakeholders and execute on Business and digital transformational initiatives at the enterprise level for all the Business Units / Departments of the SBI Card like Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, CS, Operations etc.

- Oversees and manage the delivery of Mob App functionalities to SBIC Mob App Users, ensuring that all defined business requirements are met. It requires a collaborative approach working across the organization with business partners and all team members to ensure comprehensive end-to-end delivery
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Deep understanding of common Agile practices and service-oriented environments and overall SDLC
- IOS and Android build and submission experience within iTunes and Google Play stores
- Strong technical proficiency especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements
- Strong understanding in solution design and architecture
- Deep understanding of iOS and android IDE , CI/CD/ JIRA , Confluence
- Highly proficient in MS office (word, excel and ppt)
- Very strong communications skills
- Strong knowledge of Mobile App software development and latest trends of digital transformation using Mob App
