We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Program Manager specializing in Digital Delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end program management, governance ensuring the seamless co-ordination between client, cross product teams within our organization.
Responsibilities
.End to end program management - Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of digital delivery programs.
.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
.Ensure effective communication and coordination between cross-product teams handling various products.
.Implement robust governance processes to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor and report on program progress to relevant stakeholders.
.Proactively address any issues (Technical, Functional, Other) that may arise during the implementation phase.
.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
.Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure program objectives align with business requirements.
.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, serving as the single point of contact to facilitate cross-functional and technological support.
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor%27s degree in information technology, computer science, finance, accounting, or a related field. A master%27s degree is a plus.
.Relevant years of professional experience and dedicated working as a project manager/program manager, specifically focusing on the implementation of accounts payable and accounts receivable solutions.
.In-depth knowledge of products such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, SPOG, and industry trends around these processes and tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow, RPA, Xelix, Blackline, Alteryx tools would provide an extra layer of expertise.
.High level understanding cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure etc.
.Strong project management / program management skills, with a track record of successful implementation projects. Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps concepts, Proficiency in project management tools and software.
.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
.Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial technologies will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Individual with a professional background in Consumer and Healthcare sectors.
.PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
