Job Purpose :
This role drives data-driven lead generation and business analytics for SME clients (NTB/ETB) across Asset & Liability - enhancing database quality, targeting, efficiency, productivity, and revenue. It also encompasses value proposition, critical business insights, competitive analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to foster growth, elevate product value, and achieve top-line growth.
Key Accountibilities :
- Create a sizeable database of MSME customers for curating leads
- Setting up data led sourcing model for IBG4
- Creating pre-approved/pre-qualified sales campaigns for MSME customers to drive revenue
- Create distinct Value proposition for different segments
- Portfolio analytics to drive NTB/ cross-sell
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with data partners, data chapter to crate curated list of SME customers and develop pre-approved campaigns for lead generation. Manage repository for One Bank data between SME-CBG.
- Track and manage lead funnels, monitor conversion for NTB/NTP leads, and analyse conversion data to enhance campaign and sales efficiency.
- Leverage data insights to improve wallet penetration, optimize the customer lifecycle, and provide regional/location-wise data insights to the Business Team.
- Form strategic partnerships to gain market and industry insights, identify location-specific opportunities, and uncover white spaces for business growth.
- Monitor competitor products and conduct ongoing market analysis to enhance DBS's market presence and penetration.
- Develop go-to-market strategy and value propositions for each segments
- Ensure smooth transitions from lead to active customer stages, convert Treasures customers to SME banking, and adhere to data framework guidelines and the bank's PURE framework.
Required Experience :
- Min 8-10 years of experience with relevant experience in Data Analytics/Business Analytics in Business Banking / SME
- MBA or CA or equivalent to that.
