Role Purpose: Responsible for Cards Product Management and developing New Alliances / embedded Partnerships. This role will also be responsible for tracking New Card Sales & implementing projects / contests to increase New Card Sales.
Role Accountability:
- Manage the existing premium card partnerships which includes tracking and managing partner expectations
- Create long term strategic embedded partnerships to enhance value proposition for their respective products
- Evaluate product value proposition continuously which includes extensive industry benchmarking and engaging with various research firms
- Conceptualize and enhance value proposition of existing products while ensuring the competitive edge and with focus on evolving customer needs
- Manage tracking, reporting new card sales and implementing projects
- Liaison with partners for increase in new card sales
- Decide upon Product Positioning, Sales, and Branding & Communication strategy inoculation with other teams.
- Manage creation of Business Requirement Document for launch of new product and enhancement of existing products.
- Work in cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products and functionalities.
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications:
- Understanding of Card Payment ecosystems and processes
- Knowledge of new age technologies like Tokenization, Blockchain, etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines around Card payments
