Role Summary:

-Role will be responsible for managing and enhancing the support ecosystem for TATA AIA's strategic distribution partners. This role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and servicing, and fostering strong relationships to enable business growth and partner satisfaction.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of partner queries, escalations, New Business Journey and Service Delivery).

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure Issuance end to end along with close looping requirement management
  • Monitor and improve service delivery metrics and turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Legal) to streamline partner support workflows. Also work as key representative for taking lead on tech issues impacting issuance and journey ahead

Strategic Initiatives

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner experience.
  • Drive digitization and automation initiatives for partner servicing.
  • Support strategic projects and new channel launches with partner integration.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of partner support executives.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner support.
  • Analyze partner feedback and service data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
