Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation Finance & Accounting ( Record to Report)

In this role, you would be responsible for the effective delivery of planned transformation and improvement agenda for F&A business's managed by Genpact via Lean Digital Transformation function. This includes harnessing capabilities like Digital Alliances, Automation program via VBA's, RPAs, GenAI, Data visualisation and Six Sigma projects working with cross-functional global Teams across world.

LDT lead in Genpact is responsible for directing and executing LDT roadmap that solves the business problems/opportunities of the key customer(s) in the F&A domain through the usage of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, and by combining Advanced Data technology solutions like GenAI, Agentic AI and Data Analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
.Contribute to the creation of roadmap with account global operating lead for driving LSS and Data Tech transformation and process improvement and conduct periodic reviews with internal and external stakeholders calling out risks and issues on time.
.Serve in consultant role during implementation to both assure minimal disruption and to streamline internal and external processes.
.Build and implement a factory model to industrialize the Automation (VBA's, RPA, GenAI) across all LOBs to deliver the agreed scope and realize the required business benefits.
.Analyse customers business requirements and develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face.
.Design and program manage RPA/Gen AI project plan and its adherence across RTR & OTC workspace. Deploy RPA bots to improve transaction efficiencies across the account to improve operational effectiveness and adhere to controllership.
.Onboard experience of using and onboarding Digital Tools like Blackline, High Radius, Runbook in RTR and OTC workspace for improving process outcomes.
.Bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum- Sales, Billing, Accounting & Reporting
.Build/Reframe and collaborate with Operations on VSMs+ FMEA's road mapping for generating WOW impact and improving process flows.
.Design & Document Projects with Working capital, Cash flows and P&L impact for Clients.
.Collaborate with offshore team to design, develop and configure the product to customer specifications.
.Serve as customer representative ensuring that customer's needs and requirements are communicated to all departments supporting the customer to ensure successful implementation.
.As an MBB, Conduct Workshops for identifying Automation opportunities and creating VSM to extract the information required to make QPA, RPA, GenAI Automaton roadmap.
.Collaborate closely with the technical team and customer's systems and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training.
.Support Operations to meet the business objective by application of robotics and analytics capabilities
.Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project
.Deploy QPA and LSS projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications/Skills
.Experience of handling a Big Size Transformation agenda or delivery successfully.
.Delivered Cash Flow, Working Capital, P&L etc impact via Transformation & Improvements agenda.
.Responsible for contributing to improvements in client environment with a focus on Process Standardization and Continuous Improvement projects
.Accountable for deploying RPA, QPA and other Automation and CI projects to meet contractual FTE targets
.RTR & OTC Transformation and operational excellence experience must have.
.Exposure and Deep understanding of Accounting, Reporting & Reconciliations.
.F&A domain and process understanding. Preferred - expertise or experience of having worked in any of the F&A areas i.e. OTC, PTP RTR.
.Sound understanding of SDLC & overall technical knowledge of different applications (not limited to) ERPs, system integration, workflows, databases, archival systems.
.Understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement concepts
.Project Management skills -Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
.People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people. Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
.Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact
.Must have experience in deploying GenAI RPA bots Create Road Map for RPA deployment
.Must be able to work in dynamic and tight deadlines to meet the project schedule
.Experienced Process improvement and Automation expert with domain exposure in F&A, Baking, and IT domains
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
.LSS- GB / BB certification from recognised university or affiliated university.
.MBA from top institutes or CA required. PMP/ Prince certification a strong plus.
.Exposure to Digital Tools Like Blackline, High Radius, Cadency, Runbook, Hyperion etc via implementation engagements/Projects
.Knowledge of SAP 4HANA, SAP-ECC / Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, RPA, e-Invoicing, OCR, BPM solutions/technologies will be a big plus.
.Technical Proficiency on Gen AI, RPA's. VBAs, Power BI, Tableau, Python
.Good Understanding on Agentic AI Domain, Deployment experience (Preferred, if available
