Function: Applied Advisory, Invoice to Cash

Location: India
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (I2C) cycle, including credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute/deductions, and process optimization. They will be responsible for the successful implementations of AR Tools and Technology for our clients.
This role requires deep domain skills in Accounts Receivables combined with the digital knowledge to successfully implement AR Tools and Technology. Will need to play the role of a Project Manager as well as Process Expert to bring out the best solutions for the client and help them achieve the BIC outcomes.
Key relationships for this role are Client Stakeholders (CFO, I2C Leadership, I2C practitioners), Professional Services, Technology teams and partners, Business Development Teams, Regional and Global operations teams.
Responsibilities
.Oversee the Program Governance, project execution and alignment from a process design perspective
.Co-Lead implementation of AR Tools and technology with the clients and partners from Prepare through to Delivery with the heaviest focus during the Prepare and Design phases
.Being a bridge between the Business and Technical Teams to help them understand the business and/or technical requirements and design the optimal technology solution
.Proposing a Best-in-Class solution that is tailored to meet the benefits which were estimated/projected by the clients
.Co-Lead the As-Is Sessions with the Solution Architect to ensure that all the required details are captured, and all the data required is gathered
.Provide Best In Class industry and regional recommendations to enhance future state
.Validate the Business Case and recommend additional functionalities or propose changes to Process, Policy and Operating Models to enable clients to achieve the estimated benefits
.Co-Lead the functionality training session and test script execution requirements
.Ensure that clearly defined functional test scripts are created that includes process as well as technical elements along with a robust defect tracking mechanism
.Co-Lead Daily UAT calls and support Super users on proper execution of Test Scripts
.Review the SOP's, trainings documents and training plan for the end users
.Manage Schedules, RAID logs, identify and mitigate risks that will lead to implementation delays
.Participate in all the Governance calls and provide regular status updates to internal as well as external stakeholders
.Potential for 30-40% travel

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications

.Bachelor's degree
. Relevant experience in Invoice-to-Cash (solutioning or consulting ideal)
.Strong understanding of I2C processes, controls, and best practices.
.Experience with automation or AR SaaS tools (e.g., HighRadius, BlackLine, Sidetrade)
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
.Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in global environments.
.Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues

.Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite).
