We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP Growth to lead business expansion across the commercial, corporate, and retail interior design & build segments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the interiors industry, has strong networks across developers, architects, PMCs, corporates, and retail brands, and can drive high-value pipeline growth end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and revenue growth across commercial, retail, and workspace interior projects.
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporates, landlords, developers, architects, PMCs, retail chains, and consultants to unlock large-scale opportunities.
- Create and execute short- and long-term go-to-market strategies for new geographies and verticals (commercial offices, retail stores, hospitality, co-working, etc.).
- Oversee qualification of leads, bid management, proposal development, pricing alignment, and closure of turnkey interior projects.
- Strengthen brand positioning within the interiors ecosystem through storytelling, marketing campaigns, case studies, and strategic industry presence.
- Work closely with design, project, and execution teams to ensure project feasibility, alignment of scope, and smooth client onboarding.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and market demand to continuously refine growth strategy.
- Present performance insights, forecasts, and revenue updates to CXO-level leadership, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in growth, business development, marketing, or revenue-focused roles within the interiors, construction, real-estate, design-build, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, closing large commercial/retail interior projects, and expanding revenue portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the interior design & build lifecycle, including design processes, BOQs, tendering, procurement, and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent skills in brand positioning, storytelling, communication strategy, and client relationship management.
- Experience in CXO-level reporting, stakeholder management, and high-value negotiation.
- Strong network within the commercial/retail interiors space is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
