Be the face of design in client pitches and project kickoffs.

Lead end-to-end creative strategy and delivery across high-impact commercial spaces.

Build and mentor a team of designers, architects, and visualizers.

Ensure quality benchmarks across GFC, materiality, detailing, and budgeting.

Partner with sales, ops, and execution to maintain budget, vision, and timelines.

Bring in entrepreneurial energy with a razor-sharp focus on profitability and user experience.

E. We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in high-quality design for commercial or hospitality interiors.

Commanding design leadership with client-facing presentation skills.

Strong handle on project economics, BOQ, and budgeting.

Hands-on with design tools and quality reviews.

Proven record of delivering multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
