Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Data Scientist
In this role you need to partner with HR Leadership and functional SMEs to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact business problems in the HR domain. Pitch ideas, secure buy-in, and maintain alignment with senior stakeholders. Create design of solutions/products involving RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, LLM based orchestration and workflows
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment
.Partner with HR leadership and functional SMEs to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact business problems in the HR domain.
.Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed AI solutions and present data-backed recommendations.
.Pitch ideas, secure buy-in, and maintain alignment with senior stakeholders
.Provide regular executive updates, highlight progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Solution Design & Delivery
.Lead end-to-end implementation of Agentic AI solutions using ML, GenAI and other technologies
.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.
.Create design of solutions/products involving RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, LLM based orchestration and workflows
.Oversee solution development, testing and deployment on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
.Ensure on-time delivery of the solution
Team & Technical Leadership
.Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers.
.Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Innovation & Ideation
.Brainstorm with SMEs to uncover latent HR challenges
.Explore emerging AI trends (multi-modal LLMs, reasoning models, autonomous agents) for HR use cases.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills
.B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
.Relevant years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML roles
.Experience in Gen AI , Agentic AI will be preferred
.Relevant years of experience in people leadership and stakeholder management

. LLM Expertise - Prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, ReAct, RAG, fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), LLM evaluation
. ML/DL Frameworks - TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost
. Classical ML - Logistic Regression, Random Forest, SVM, Clustering
. Deep Learning - ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, BERT, GPT architectures
. Cloud & MLOps - Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI
. Data Stack - Python, SQL, Spark, Pandas
