Job Description :
The role requires you to effectively manage and mentor a dedicated team of professionals, overseeing their daily operations and workflow management.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong professional relationships.
Developing a deep understanding of client needs and ensuring service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services while monitoring team KPIs and adherence to service level agreements.
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices, maintain rigorous quality control standards, and manage operational risks effectively.
Coordination with other departments will be essential part of the deliverables to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage new client onboarding, including calls, database creation, process setup, training, and deliverable monitoring.
Attend key meetings, review minutes, and handle migration, training, and work scheduling.
Streamline task coordination and workflow optimization while efficiently allocating tasks based on deadlines and priorities to ensure effective work distribution and alignment with deliverables
Implement and/or ensure updating of Standard operating procedures, control sheets, client information sheets, and feedback trackers accurately in the system.
Enhance processes by implementing and utilizing new products and systems such as Diligent, RSR, Entica, Workiva, Viewpoint, TIBCO, and others. Ensure the team is well-informed about these tools, sharing knowledge and their purposes for effective implementation.
Develop expertise for yourself and your team to become Viewpoint SMEs. Ensure comprehensive understanding and timely, end-to-end data updates in Viewpoint / Entica for all incoming work and processes.
Ensure the accurate and timely upload of correct codes in the Oracle system by the team, conduct regular spot checks to maintain data integrity, and promote adherence to accurate time recording practices.
Lead the team, guide processes, delegate tasks, and groom team members to develop the next line of managers.
Optimize resource allocation by ensuring fair work distribution amongst the team members and re-align tasks with seniors as necessary.
Streamline the hiring process based on IREC approval and continuously improve processes for optimal team performance.
