We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Vice President to lead our Core Banking Technology and Operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core banking systems and a proven track record of managing technology initiatives in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the core banking technology initiatives and operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of core banking systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements or upgrades to technology solutions.
- Oversee the project management lifecycle for core banking system upgrades and implementations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in banking operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in core banking technology and operations management.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with core banking platforms and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
