Role Summary:

• You'll establish and lead the DevOps framework for the advisor platform, implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), set up testing automation, and ensure app performance monitoring. Additionally, you'll manage CI/CD tools, onboard and support developers, and guide integration efforts, including Single Sign-On (SSO).

Overview:

• Establish and lead DevOps framework for advisor platform
• Establish a Test Driven Development framework
• Establish testing automation
• Establish app performance monitoring
• Establish scalable integrations within and outside ecosystem including SSO

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, govern CI / CD principles, policies, standards, guidelines for CI/CD operations
• Set up, maintain, on-going development and change management of CI/CD pipeline configurations and infrastructure
• Create and maintain fully automated CI build processes.
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance and ensure reliability of software releases
• Manage and maintain CI/CD tools and infra like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes etc
• Onboard, train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI test automation, deployment etc
• Enable Dev-Sec-Ops by moving code from Dev/Test to staging and production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline and provide support to development teams
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure pipeline reliability
• Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline performance and efficiency
• Design, develop and execute automated tests scripts using test automation tools / frameworks
• Design and execute regression testing
• Maximize test coverage
• Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and developing test strategies to address them
• Establish monitoring - app performance, uptime, NOC monitoring, API performance etc
• Guide team on integration aspects including Single Sign On
