About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- The role of the Client Integration AVP involves leading projects or elements of large engagements, including client integration, conversions, service delivery changes and sales support. The Client Integration Manager is responsible for managing virtual teams that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment, employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential.
- The Client Integration AVP role is part of a global conversion team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.
Business Development Support
- Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business
- Request for proposal/information assistance
- Build out of sample portfolios for client pitches and demonstrations
- Direct source of information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfaces
Functional Data Migrations
- Incumbent admin to Citco
- Internal system migration
- Citco to new admin
Project Manage
- Incoming file testing
- Instruct / extract testing and maintenance
- Standard and custom extract file development (in house / vendor)
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting
- OMS vendor migrations
- Responsible for system set up and coordination with third parties for new fund launches
- Contribute to development and testing of Citco's technology platforms
Client / Vendor Relationship Management
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Client user setup / permissions
- Work with existing clients on new requirements and process improvements
Resource Management And Reporting
- Oversight and tracking of project pipeline, project leads, progress and deadlines
- Assist with reporting to senior management
- Assist Finance on invoicing for file maintenance and communication charges
Qualifications
About You:
- Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple
- Attention to detail
- A team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
- Minimum of 4-6 years in the financial services industry
- A proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
- Proven Project Management Experience
- Proven Business Analysis Experience
- Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products
- Creative and innovative
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Client focus
- Continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
