Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Assistant Vice President Private Equity Fund Accounting to lead investor servicing and fund accounting operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical accounting expertise and stakeholder management skills.
The AVP will act as the primary client-facing leader, ensuring seamless coordination between investors, internal teams, and external partners while maintaining high standards of accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all deliverables.

Key Skills:
-> 8+ years in Private Equity Fund Accounting
-> Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
-> NAV Calculations
-> Expertise in US GAAP & IFRS
-> Knowledge of waterfall mechanics & carried interest
-> Strong understanding of investor economics
-> Experience with Investran, eFront, Allvue, Yardi
-> Familiarity with reporting tools
-> Team Leadership
-> Global Clients Exposure
-> Automation & Process Management.
-> Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
Responsibilities:
-> Manage LP/GP/IR relationships, investor queries, reporting, and side letters
-> Provide updates on capital activity, valuations; coordinate with internal teams & auditors
-> Lead audits, ensure SLA adherence, and enhance investor experience
-> Oversee financials (US GAAP/IFRS), capital accounts, waterfall, carried interest
-> Review capital calls/distributions; ensure compliance with investor terms
-> Drive process improvements, system optimization (Investran, eFront, Allvue), and automation
-> Lead and mentor team; drive performance, training, and retention
