About the Role:

We are seeking Manager/Sr Manager/AVP/VP Investment Banking to join our growing team for Business Development purpose in all the Investment banking areas. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and engaging with private companies for potential investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to assess business potential across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and reach out to private companies and high-growth businesses for potential investment opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CXOs, and key stakeholders of target firms.

Conduct preliminary due diligence and evaluate business models, financial performance, and growth prospects of potential investee companies.

Coordinate with internal teams for financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment memos.

Support in structuring deals, negotiations, and preparing term sheets.

Stay updated on industry trends, sectoral developments, and emerging investment themes.

Represent the firm in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to source new deal opportunities.

Liaise with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.

Track portfolio performance and maintain ongoing engagement with invested companies.

Key Requirements:

MBA in Finance / CFA / CA or equivalent qualification.

5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.

Proven experience in deal origination, relationship management, and investment evaluation of private companies.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Established industry network and ability to build new relationships.
