Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre professional with hands-on experience in the liability business, who has worked closely on portfolio strategy, performance tracking, and balance-led growth initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and execution, with direct exposure to portfolio analytics and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive liability portfolio strategy across Current Account / CASA / TxB segments
• Track and analyse portfolio performance: balances, vintage behaviour, activation, attrition, and yield
• Work on growth levers such as account deepening, cross-sell, pricing, and customer segmentation
• Partner with frontline teams, product, and operations to translate strategy into on-ground execution
• Identify inefficiencies, leakages, and improvement opportunities in the portfolio
