Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Vice President based . The Assistant Vice President will lead the development and execution of strategic business initiatives, oversee team performance, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities also include driving sales growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients.

• Sales and business development expertise, including market analysis and lead generation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, insurance Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance or financial services industry
