• Location: Mumbai (Malad)
• Role: Assistant Transport Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient cab/transport services

• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders

• Monitor routing, fleet utilization, and service quality

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Track transport-related MIS, compliance, and operational metrics

• Drive process improvements and cost optimization

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Employee Transportation / Transport Operations
• Strong vendor & stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of transport operations, routing & fleet management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage operational escalations effectively
