Responsibilities :

A Life Insurance Training Job Description (JD) involves designing, delivering, and managing training for agents on products, sales, compliance, and soft skills, focusing on regulatory adherence (IRDAI), needs analysis, policy explanations, sales techniques, CRM usage, and fostering client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction, requiring strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Develop and conduct sessions on new products, sales strategies, regulatory changes (like IRDAI norms), and soft skills (communication, negotiation) for new and existing agents.
• Sales Support: Implement training to help agents meet sales targets, perform needs analysis, present solutions, and manage policy applications.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure all training covers regulatory laws, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
• Performance Management: Monitor agent performance, analyze sales data, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
• Content Creation: Create training materials, presentations, and utilize LMS (Learning Management Systems).
• Relationship Building: Train agents on building strong client relationships and post-sales support.
