Training Delivery: Conduct product, sales, and regulatory training sessions for bank partners and new joiners in the bancassurance channel. This includes training on selling skills, objection handling, digital tools, and company processes.
Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and skill gaps through regular interaction with sales teams, performance data analysis, and feedback from bank staff and customers.
Program Development: Plan and schedule training activities, developing and updating training material as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of training using pre- and post-assessments and performance reports. Take corrective action and coaching based on the results.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, regional managers, and internal sales teams, acting as a training partner and advisor for bancassurance sales leaders.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs align with regulatory bodies (like IRDAI in India) and internal compliance policies, providing updates on new products, process changes, and compliance norms.
Administration: Manage logistical tasks such as planning training calendars, ensuring SMART classroom setups, capturing attendance, and preparing reports (MIS) and dashboards for management review.
