Designation-Assistant Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct product, sales, and regulatory training sessions for bank partners and new joiners in the bancassurance channel. This includes training on selling skills, objection handling, digital tools, and company processes.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and skill gaps through regular interaction with sales teams, performance data analysis, and feedback from bank staff and customers.
  • Program Development: Plan and schedule training activities, developing and updating training material as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of training using pre- and post-assessments and performance reports. Take corrective action and coaching based on the results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, regional managers, and internal sales teams, acting as a training partner and advisor for bancassurance sales leaders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs align with regulatory bodies (like IRDAI in India) and internal compliance policies, providing updates on new products, process changes, and compliance norms.
  • Administration: Manage logistical tasks such as planning training calendars, ensuring SMART classroom setups, capturing attendance, and preparing reports (MIS) and dashboards for management review.
