Job Description

location : Bangalore (Dasanapur).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive learning initiatives and behavioral training programs across business lines and locations.
  • Ensure every trainer is certified on training content and completes Train the Trainer (TTT) certification within one year.
  • Monitor and implement content updates across all training modules to maintain delivery consistency.
  • Recommend necessary modifications or improvements to training content to the corporate training team.
  • Develop and manage training calendars in collaboration with operations to ensure manpower readiness.
  • Provide leadership and support to regional trainers to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report training metrics, proposing improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Manage training infrastructure, including training rooms, projectors, and other resources.
  • Partner with regional leadership teams to assess and fulfill training needs for first-line managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the training function through innovation in content, tools, and methodology.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Currently based in Bangalore (Dasanapur).
  • 612 years of experience in Training Management, with 2+ years of team handling experience.
  • Proven expertise in Behavioural Training and executing the Training Cycle (Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate).
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to develop and groom new trainers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Graduate in any discipline; certification in Learning & Development / Training is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
