Job Description

  • Training Delivery and Management: Successfully manage training programs, achieving 100% staff completion of 96 hours of mandatory training annually.
  • Evaluation: Implement systems to evaluate training effectiveness, including feedback mechanisms, leading to a minimum 10% improvement in training outcomes year-over-year.
  • Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure training programs comply with national and international healthcare regulations and support the hospital's JCI, NABH, and ISO accreditation efforts. Maintain all state and national statutory and legal compliance requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing training team, fostering improved team satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee training programs from conception through evaluation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
