In this role, you will work closely with our Trade Execution Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and provide support across various aspects of domestic and international trade. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Provide support to the Trade Execution Specialist and other team members.
• Help track and manage deadlines for ongoing projects.
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in an import/export or trade-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Residing in Kochi or nearby areas.
• A background in accounting is a plus.
