Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee trading operations, ensure compliance, and manage system enhancements within the financial markets. This role involves working closely with regulatory authorities, coordinating new contract launches, and maintaining commodity indices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage live trading operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate the launch of new contracts and commodities.
• Implement system enhancements and validate trading platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaison with authorities.
• Represent the department in meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Oversee price polling, spot price dissemination, and brand empanelment.
• Maintain and administer commodity indices.
• Knowledge of tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in market operations or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and market operations.
• Experience with analytical tools (Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
