Job Description

Position: Assistant to MD

Qualificaiton: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 yr+

Job Location: Rajpath Rangoli raod, Ahmedabad

Joining: immediately

Salary: upto 20 K p.m.

Timings: 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. Monday to Saturday

Roles

Back office co ordination: 

Punch order in erp and follow up on orders for delivery plan , packing , payment , etc .

Besides assist me in my to do list and calendar . 

Qualities needed 

Focus on work 

Good communication skill 

Disciplined and regular in attendance .

Role Description

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Clerical Tasks such as organizing files and maintaining records
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

Role Description

  • Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and managing calendars
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with office tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Administration, Business, or a related field is an advantage
