We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to the General Manager who will support in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and project management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in bachelors in engineering in mechanical field
  • 1-5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Guajarati.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
