Role Overview
The job as an Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) in Rocksport, is a stepping stone to an exciting career as adventure learning advisor and outdoor instructor.
The job is a multitasking assignment, where candidates are required to visit schools and meet principals / management to promote adventure-based learning programs.
The candidate also works as an instructor in these programs organized in city and at outstation camp sites.
The candidate should have a bike and laptop or should be willing to take one.
Selected candidate undergoes STG, which is a professionally designed Induction and On Job Training program. The candidate gets a chance to work with most professional adventure leaders and learning experts. This enables committed and hardworking Rocksporters to achieve professional and financial growth, unmatchable in the industry. - Achieve individual sales target by following Rocksport Sales Process
- Assist in updating and maintaining the school list of assigned territory
- Design proposals as per client requirements
- Participate and manage in public relation events and activities
- Work as group instructor in camps and programs
- Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
- Maintain and update different types of records and files.
- Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate (from any Stream) with good communication skills
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Background of sports or other extracurricular activities
- Passion of travelling across India
