Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Territory Manager. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends within the assigned geographical area. The role involves selling and promoting the platform to medical professionals and institutions, managing marketing activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to execute strategies, monitor account performance, and report metrics will also be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in the education or medical industry is advantageous
