Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune(Kalyani Nagar Brahma Corp) for an Assistant Technical Manager. The role involves overseeing technical support operations and participating in research and development (R&D). Key responsibilities include managing technical projects, contributing to strategic planning, providing solutions to technical challenges, coordinating team activities, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and processes. Collaboration with various teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services will also be a crucial aspect of this role.
Qualifications
1)Review evaluation reports and provide final decision for certification.
2) Manage the technical review team and provide technical input in case of questions/queries during evaluation of certification activity.
3) Perform the verification of laboratory testing report as part of review and decision processes.
4) Assist to Technical Director and take part in management meetings for smooth running of operations related to technical department.
5) Development of certification requirements.
6) Prepare training plans for the technical review team.
7) Make aware of new rules and procedures to the technical team periodically and update in the protocols in timely manner.
8) Prepare certification reports and submit to Technical Director on weekly/monthly basis.
9) Support and review for technical evaluation of laboratory activities, including interview of technical staff, if necessary.
10) Managing and evaluating the subcontracting laboratories data and keep the list updated.
