About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced technical professional to join our Gyproc team as Assistant Manager Technical for the Delhi region. This individual contributor role is responsible for delivering on-site technical support, enhancing contractor capabilities, and enabling successful project execution for drywall and non-drywall systems.
Youll act as a key bridge between project teams, contractors, and sales, helping drive quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the rapidly growing construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to provide hands-on technical assistance and execution support.
- Manage contractor development and capability enhancement.
- Deliver product mock-ups, samples, technical solutions, and training at customer sites.
- Support the sales and key account teams in complaint resolution and technical clarifications.
- Drive field trainings and technical upskilling programs for installers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and contribute to solution innovation.
What Were Looking For:
- B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 68 years of experience in technical/project support roles in the construction/building materials industry.
- Sound knowledge of drywall systems, acoustics, fire safety, and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence contractors and partners.
- Proactive, customer-first attitude with strong project management skills.
