Assistant Technical Manager

Engineering & Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure smooth operation of all M&E systems including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, lifts, fire fighting, plumbing, and BMS

• Maintain 100% uptime of critical equipment through proactive monitoring

• Conduct repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems

• Ensure execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules

Preventive Maintenance & Planning

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and shutdown schedules

• Monitor logbooks, checklists, SOPs, and EOP compliance

• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and manage procurement needs

• Coordinate AMC activities with vendors and OEMs

Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance including fire, electrical, and safety regulations

• Implement LOTO procedures and risk mitigation practices

• Conduct technical audits and safety inspections

• Ensure EHS compliance through digital portals and reporting systems

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendor performance, SLA compliance, and service quality

• Coordinate with landlord, client, and internal stakeholders for facility issues

• Review maintenance practices of contractors for quality assurance

Reporting & Documentation

• Manage technical reporting including energy reports, incident reports, scorecards, and maintenance logs

• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and asset management

• Ensure accurate reporting via systems like Corrigo, IDEA, CEWA, and helpdesk portals

Energy & Cost Management

• Implement energy conservation programs and cost optimization initiatives

• Identify opportunities to reduce utility consumption and operational costs

• Support sustainability and efficiency improvement initiatives

Team & Training Support

• Support technical team training and capability development

• Guide onsite technicians for maintenance execution and safety adherence

• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and best practices
