Assistant Technical Manager (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to support the Technical Manager in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of multi-storey residential and commercial construction projects and high-rise projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works, along with experience in project coordination and quality control.

• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-storey residential and commercial building projects.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and site engineers.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Verify BOQs, material specifications, and technical approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Support project cost control, estimation, and variation management.

1. Strong knowledge of RCC structures and high-rise building construction.

• Experience in commercial and residential multi-storey projects.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience:

13+ years of experience in the construction of multi-storey residential and commercial buildings.
