Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Smart Building Enablement
- Implement frameworks, standards, and policies to advance the Smart Building portfolio
- Ensure all systems meet client digital building standards
- Drive digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and energy performance
System Integration & Performance Optimization
- Onboard buildings to the BOS platform, including data ontology mapping and validation
- Seamlessly integrate BMS, IoT devices, and other building systems
- Analyze real-time operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving solutions
Project & Vendor Management
- Lead system enhancement projects and technical deployments
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for hardware/software upgrades and defect resolution
- Manage cross-functional project execution, ensuring minimal disruption during system handovers
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
- Manage ICT networks for building systems and ensure cybersecurity compliance for all OT/IoT assets
- Act as primary escalation point for BOS integration and operational issues
Technical Support & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of digital hardware, software, and licenses
- Ensure resilience and uptime of critical building equipment
Data & Analytics
- Perform data mapping, database management (SQL), and use visualization tools (Power BI)
- Generate actionable insights from operational data to improve system efficiency
