Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Team Manager, based out of Pune Division. As an Assistant Team Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising team activities, ensuring all processes are streamlined, monitoring team performance, and aligning goals with organizational objectives. You will also support the team in achieving production targets, facilitate communication, and provide hands-on assistance in addressing operational challenges. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.
