Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Team Lead in managing a group of Education Counselors / BDEs and ensure the team meets monthly sales goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team — resolving queries, boosting morale, and ensuring process excellence.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students and guide them toward suitable university programs.
  • Track performance metrics, share reports with management, and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor new joiners and ensure they adapt quickly to the sales ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Academic Teams for seamless coordination.
  • Uphold the brand's reputation through ethical selling and transparent communication.
  • Drive healthy competition, maintain discipline, and encourage teamwork within the department

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of total experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or inside sales
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage targets, performance, and team engagement.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, data reports, and lead management systems.
  • Passionate about education, growth, and team success.
